What we collect

We collect only what the Platform needs to pay you and to keep the account secure:

• Account details: your name, email address, mobile phone number, country, and the phone number you are paid to.
• Profile details: your location, summary, skills, languages, and the education and work history you choose to add.
• Verification outcome: that you were verified, when, by which provider, and any reason a check was not passed. We never receive or store your identity document, biometric template or selfie — those go directly to our verification provider.
• Work activity: the jobs you apply for, the work you submit, quality outcomes and payment history.
• Security records: sign-in events, failed sign-in attempts, session and device information, and the audit log of actions taken on your account.
• Referral activity: a referral code, and the fact that an account signed up with it and completed a profile. We do not show one member another member’s email address.

How we use it

To run the Platform: match you to work, calculate and pay what you earn, verify your identity, and answer support requests. To keep it safe: detect duplicate accounts, referral farming and payment fraud. To meet our legal and tax obligations. And to tell you about changes that affect you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your work history to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the providers that run the Platform for us:

• Identity verification providers, who receive your document and selfie directly and return only an outcome to us.
• Mobile money and banking partners, who receive your name and the account number you are paid to at the moment of a payout.
• Cloud hosting and database providers, who store it under contract and on our instructions.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose it.

How long we keep it

Profile and security data is kept while your account is open. Financial records — earnings, payouts and their references — are kept for as long as tax and anti-money-laundering rules require, because a payout record without a counterparty is worse for you than a retained one. Security logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Your rights

You can see and correct your profile at any time from the Profile page. You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account.

We will keep financial and audit records we are legally required to retain, and will tell you exactly what we kept and why. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for interface preferences such as which onboarding prompts you have already dismissed. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
